It's simple: at the top right of the page you will find a link to log in. There you can log in - if you are already registered - and order from THE FINISHER with your user account.
 

You can register directly during the ordering process. Simply place your desired items in the shopping cart - a user account will automatically be created for you while you complete the order.

Alternatively, you can click on the user account link at the top right of the page and select "Register now".
 

No, you don't need an account to order from THE FINISHER online store.
Simply indicate in the checkout that you would like to order as a guest and fill in your details.

Your advantages with a customer account in THE FINISHER online store:

• Save your address and payment details for faster ordering.
• See all your orders in one overview - with access to invoices and order details. You can easily reorder or return items.
• Manage multiple delivery addresses conveniently in your customer account.
• Create a watch list for favorite products or frequently ordered items.

How to order from THE FINISHER online shop

Ordering is very simple:

1. You select your products and place them in the shopping cart. When you have found everything you want, click on the shopping cart symbol and you will be taken straight there.
2. In the shopping cart you will find an overview of your desired items. You can see the total amount of your order and any shipping costs at a glance. If you wish, you can change individual items - adjust quantities or delete items. From the shopping cart, you can start the purchase process by clicking on "Checkout".
3. In the following order process, enter your personal details for billing and shipping and select your preferred payment method. If you have a promotional or discount code, you can also redeem it here. At the end of the order process, all your details will be clearly displayed once again. Now you can confirm your purchase.
4. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
   The goods will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been successfully received.

All prices quoted in THE FINISHER online shop include the statutory value added tax applicable on the day of delivery, packaging and shipping costs.

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90 per order within Germany up to an order value of €99.99.
From an order value of €100, delivery to you is free of charge.

We also do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge for small orders.

We ship the ordered goods within 1-2 days. For this reason, we do not offer express delivery.

The goods are dispatched just 1 - 2 days after receipt of the order.

You can conveniently order the COLOURLOCK color chart using our contact form. With this form you will receive our COLOURLOCK color card with our 46 standard colors.

Ordering the color card is of course free of charge for you.

Send us a leather sample - and we will mix your care product in the right color especially for you.

As soon as you have entered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Open this email and follow the instructions to confirm your newsletter registration. This will ensure that you receive our newsletter and are informed about all offers and promotions.
